Screen Printing

After 20 years of screen printing experience, we have become experts on the design, production, and delivery of imprinted sportswear. Our facilities allow us to produce screen printed goods with up to 12 separate colors giving us the capabilities to create whatever it is you are looking to capture.  Please look through our wearable apparel to see what we print on.

Embroidery

Our embroidery capabilities allow us to put your full color logo in high detail on any of our wearable apparel. Whether it is a small left chest location, or a full back, we can facilitate all of your embroidery needs

Custom Embroidered Hats

Import Line

Our custom import hat program allows us to create some of the most innovative products found anywhere in the market, through revolutionary design and manufacturing processes. Due to the level of customization possible from our import program, there is a 300 piece minimum and standard production times run between 6-8 weeks via standard ocean freight, 3-4 weeks via airfreight.

Since the possibilities for designs are limitless, its easiest to let the hats speak for themselves. Take a look at our custom hat page for more information. We offer all clients interested in custom hats free virtual samples to work out preliminary potential designs. Our import line also has the added perk of offering pre-production samples free of cost and obligation.

Domestic Line

Our domestic embroidery program allow us to create custom hats a quicker turn, between 2-3 weeks depending on shipping location, and at much lower quantities. Currently we are running domestic specials with minimums as low as 48 and 144 pieces. The tradeoff being that our domestic embroidery and style capabilities are limited to more conventional methods.
